IN THIS LESSON WE LOOK AT TOP SHEETS

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Tip sheets

Mental health and wellbeing

Looking after your mental wellbeing is every bit as important as looking after your physical wellbeing – both for your studies and leading your best life in general! Our tip sheets will help you navigate some of the most common mental wellbeing issues for students.

Crisis

A crisis can happen at any time, to anyone, and when it does it can leave us feeling lost and confused about how to get help. Our tip sheets will help you take the first steps in navigating a crisis, while the Counselling Service also provides an After-hours support line.

Please note, if you are in immediate danger, or in an emergency situation, call police, ambulance or fire services on 000 (triple zero).

Academic performance

University can be a time of stress and many students benefit from support to make the most of their study and learning. Our tips sheets will help you build strengths to being a successful student. For further assistance, see the range of academic support options on offer.

Helplines

Along with the range of online resources, there are lots of helplines and services that are just a phone call away.
